Customer must provide a suitable, level installation location with adequate access for delivery and assembly.

Concrete pads, foundations, deck construction, extensive grading or site preparation, electrical work, plumbing, permits and unusual anchoring requirements are not included unless specifically stated in your written estimate.

The greenhouse must be properly anchored to a suitable surface according to manufacturer requirements.
