Absolutely! Every Nordic Hot Tub can be factory ordered at no extra cost. Choose the model, shell color, cabinet color, and available options that fit your style.

How long does a custom order take?

Most custom orders arrive in approximately 2–3 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when your hot tub is ready for delivery.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver and set up hot tubs within approximately 50 miles of Glasgow, Missouri. If you're outside our normal delivery area, send us a message. We may still be able to help depending on your location. At this time, we do not deliver hot tubs outside Missouri.

Do you install the cover lift?

Yes! Every Ready to Relax Package includes professional installation of your cover lift. Simply tell us which direction you'd like the cover to open, and we'll install it so it's ready to lift with ease the day we leave. The cover lift also includes convenient built-in towel and robe hooks.

Do you service the hot tubs you sell?
